EssayOps Terms

These terms cover the £150 admissions diagnostic, public guidance and basic usage rules in plain language.

Updated August 12, 2026

Service Scope

The current paid offer is £150 for one private 60-minute UCAS or Common App diagnostic, review of one current draft or set of planning notes, and one written, prioritised action plan. It is a one-off service, not a subscription, and does not include access to the self-serve software beta.

EssayOps is not a guarantee of admission, a ghostwriting service, an application-submission service, or a promise of unlimited follow-up. The student remains the author of every submitted word.

Booking, Delivery, and Eligibility

Payment reserves the diagnostic. EssayOps will contact the purchaser within one business day to arrange the call and request the material to review. The written action plan is normally delivered within two business days after the call; any different timing will be agreed in writing.

The purchaser must be 18 or over. The service is intended for applicants aged 16 or over. If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must purchase the service and consent to the coaching arrangement.

Cancellation, Refunds, and Rescheduling

You may cancel by emailing onboarding@essayops.com within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund. If you ask EssayOps to complete the service during that period, EssayOps will obtain any express request and acknowledgement required before starting. Once the service has been fully performed, the cancellation right may end where the law permits.

After that 14-day period, you may receive a full refund or move the booking once if you contact EssayOps at least 24 hours before the scheduled call. Later cancellations and missed calls are not refundable unless required by law. If EssayOps cannot deliver the service, you may choose a new time or a full refund.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

Acceptable Use

Only upload or paste material you have the right to use. Do not use EssayOps to impersonate someone else, fabricate application facts, violate school rules, or submit work that misrepresents authorship.

The detailed student-authorship and acceptable-use expectations are in Academic Integrity.

No Guarantees and Liability Limits

EssayOps provides planning, feedback, and workflow support. Final choices, factual accuracy, school compliance, and submitted materials remain your responsibility.

EssayOps does not guarantee admissions outcomes or scholarship results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EssayOps is not responsible for indirect loss or decisions made by universities or other third parties.
