What EssayOps Collects
- Contact and account details such as email address and login information.
- Draft excerpts, school targets, and questionnaire responses you provide inside the product.
- Usage and event data needed to operate the product, troubleshoot issues, and understand funnel flow.
- Payment and transaction details handled through payment providers for paid offerings.
How EssayOps Uses Information
- To generate Scorecard, Aid Snapshot, and related product outputs.
- To provide workspace access, billing, customer support, and product communications.
- To monitor product reliability, detect abuse, and improve the quality of the service.
- To maintain student-authorship guardrails and investigate misuse when needed.
When EssayOps Shares Information
EssayOps may share data with service providers that help operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, AI model, email, and payment vendors. EssayOps may also disclose information when required to comply with law, protect users, or enforce platform rules.
EssayOps does not treat your draft materials as public marketing content by default.
Retention and Controls
EssayOps keeps data for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain security, support purchased work, and comply with legal obligations.

Student Responsibility
EssayOps can help students revise and organize their work, but students remain responsible for the facts they share, the school policies they follow, and the final materials they submit.
